Leaving Vietnam for good involves closing obligations that remain in your name after you go — tax finalisation, social insurance, bank accounts, a lease and often a company you are the legal representative of.

If you are the legal representative of a Vietnamese company, resign and register the change before you leave. Doing it from abroad afterwards is far harder.
