Being in difficulty in a foreign country is harder because you may not know who to call, what your rights are, or whether your embassy can help. The first hours matter, and language should not be the reason you lose time.

Wise Counsel provides urgent assistance to foreign nationals in Vietnam, reachable outside normal working hours.
