Moving premises is an administrative event as much as a physical one. The registered address appears on the enterprise registration certificate, the tax registration and most licences — and each has to be updated, sometimes in a particular order.

Wise Counsel manages the legal side of relocation for companies in Vietnam, including moves between provinces where the tax office changes.

Inter-provincial moves take longer than expected because the tax file must be transferred and closed at the old authority first. We plan for that rather than discover it.
